Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Revive collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your email address (to create an account and contact you about your service).
- Your messages to and from the AI agent (so we can preserve your conversation history and improve the product).
- Any account details you voluntarily share with the agent (platform username, case dates, reference IDs). Stored only for your use.
- Payment details are processed by LemonSqueezy. We never receive or store your card number.
- Basic analytics (page views, which features are used) to improve the product.
How we use it
Your data is used to run the service you paid for: generate guidance, remember your case across sessions, and process payments. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each user can only read their own records. The AI agent is powered by the Anthropic Claude API; your messages are sent to Anthropic only for processing and are not used to train their models.
Your rights
You can:
- Export your conversation history by emailing hello@revive.app.
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings.
- Ask us to correct any personal data we hold about you.
Retention
Conversation history is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all conversation data is removed within 30 days.
