Welcome to Revive. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What Revive is
Revive is an AI-powered guidance service that helps you navigate account recovery processes for social media platforms (primarily Meta/Instagram/Facebook). The service provides step-by-step instructions, ready-to-copy texts, and live coaching during your interactions with platform support agents.
2. No guarantee of recovery
We do not guarantee that your account will be recovered. While internal data suggests approximately a 91% success rate among users who follow the full process, outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the reason for the original ban, the platform’s internal policies, the discretion of individual support agents, and how closely you follow the guidance. By using Revive you acknowledge that no specific result is promised.
3. Legal and ethical conduct
You agree not to use Revive to:
- Recover accounts that were removed for severe violations (including CSAM, terrorism, violence, or similar).
- Fabricate facts, forge evidence, or misrepresent your identity.
- Harass, threaten, or defame platform employees or other users.
- Circumvent legitimate enforcement actions against yourself or others.
Violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
4. Payment and subscriptions
Revive offers paid plans processed through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. Pricing, renewal cadence, and access duration are shown at checkout. Weekly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. One-time “Full Process” purchases grant 3 months of access from the date of purchase.
5. Refunds
If you have not yet sent your first message after payment, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@revive.app within 7 days of purchase. After your first paid message, refunds are not available.
6. AI-generated content
Revive uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate guidance and text. AI output may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always verify URLs, email addresses, and submission details before sending. You are responsible for what you ultimately submit.
7. Privacy
We store your conversation history to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
